recommendsI got picked on a lot in school. By sheer, dumb, luck... I happened onto these people. My parents had no idea what to look for, just that these guys were in the area doing martial arts and that martial arts are supposed to be good for building confidence, self-esteem, fitness... all that. And it was one of the best things that ever happened to me. Save yourself the trouble of shopping around. If you're in the area, go to Omaha Blue Waves.Benjamin ThompsonrecommendsOmaha Blue waves is an outstanding Taekwondo / Hapkido School, operated by a Hall of Fame Inductee, Grandmaster Jeff Helaney.
