At Omaha Blue Waves Martial Arts we make the process of starting a class as transparent as possible. The first step is a membership application and wavier. This one page form gives us basic contact information for the student and helpful details. Our contract is an auto-renewing auto payment form that is modified by the type of plan you select – 3 month, 6 month, or 1 year. It is a one-page, two sided form that only takes a few minutes to read and fill out. Members have the option of selecting an Ala’ Carte plan or an inclusive plan.
